Ingredients
- Octopus Quiche
All Butter Pie Crust
3 eggs
1 red pepper
Olive oil
250g of Crême fraiche (heavy whipped cream)
15g of butter (cut in small pieces)
salt and pepper
250g cooked octopus tentacles
150g of grated Emmental cheese
- Salads

Directions
- Cut in small pieces and cook on medium heat, red pepper for 20 minutes with some olive oil
- Cut octopus tentacles in small pieces
- Preheat oven 185 degrees
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper together until completely combined. (more or less 1min30)
- Prick pastry with fork
- Add the small pieces of octopus tentacles and red pepper
- Pour the egg mixture over to top
- prinkle remaining 150g of grated emmental cheese on top of egg mixture.
- Cook the quiche over the oven during at least 45 minutes until golden brown and let it rest 10 minutes
- Dress with some salads , walnut oil and nuts
