You can´t make a paella without making your own broth, this recipe is very simple, it just take times to make it but it´s really worth it! it will smell the sea and the garden at the same time, just delicious.

Directions
- Chops all the vegetables
- In pan put olive oil with all the seafood with gambas heads, cook it 5-7min
- Take another pan, add olive oil cook all the vegetables 10min
- Add olive oil from the seafood to vegetables pan
- Add azafrán
- Add 1,5l of water
- Add all the fishes and seafood
- Add laurel leaves
- Cook it during 25min
