You can´t make a paella without making your own broth, this recipe is very simple, it just take times to make it but it´s really worth it! it will smell the sea and the garden at the same time, just delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots 🥕

  • 1 celery

  • 1 tomato🍅

  • 1 leek

  • 1 onions

  • 6 heads of gambas

  • hake

  • 4 mud mullet

  • laurel leaves

Directions

  • Chops all the vegetables
  • In pan put olive oil with all the seafood with gambas heads, cook it 5-7min
  • Take another pan, add olive oil cook all the vegetables 10min
  • Add olive oil from the seafood to vegetables pan
  • Add azafrán
  • Add 1,5l of water
  • Add all the fishes and seafood
  • Add laurel leaves
  • Cook it during 25min
