Teriyaki sauce with garlic – 15cl
200 small shrimps 🦐
One zucchini
Salt🧂
Olive oil
Parmigiano cheese
Directions
- Remove salmon skin
- Cut salmon in small squares
- Use spiralizer or peeler to make zucchini pasta
- Let the zucchini noodles rest 5 minutes with some salt to remove the water from it
- In the meantime, put salmon squares in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce
- In a pan, add some olive oil stir and cook during 15 minutes zucchini, small shrimps and cherries tomatoes
- Cook in another pan the teriyaki salmon during 15 minutes
- Dress to impress zucchini noodles on one side and teriyaki salmon aligned
